Yearbook

The annual Yearbook is close to completion and ready for purchase! This year's theme of Peace and Community includes all of Thacher, from the students to their teachers, as well as enrichment and events.

Families who would like to dedicate a whole, half, or quarter page to their child, please refer to the instructions for purchase here. Recognition Page purchases have been extended to May 3.

Summer Program - Registration Open

Thacher's Summer Program will run from June 17 to August 9. Visit our website to view dates and weekly themes.

Registration for the Summer Program will be open until May 31, 2024.
Another Successful Book Fair

Thank you to all who visited the Spring Book Fair. It was a great success. Thanks to you, the school library and classrooms will be able to put new books on the shelves.

Also, thank you to all who bought books from the teacher's wish list baskets. Each book was labeled with a special book tag from your student, and it will sit happily on a bookshelf in their classroom.

Play with the Kids - Houghton's Pond on Friday after School

Everyone is invited. Head over to Houghton's Pond after school on Fridays to let your kids run and play. Thacher families are usually there from 2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Join the Parent Facebook Group

All parents are invited to join the Thacher Montessori Parents Facebook group. The group's goal is for parents to have a space to share resources, ask questions, and support each other in the community.

The Milton Area Family Childcare Association is hosting a free Nutrition Seminar on Monday, April 29th, at 6:30 PM at 101 Blue Hills Parkway in Milton.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Walk

Support CHB Assistant Sarah Begin in the 2024 Boston Overnight Walk on June 22, 2024, for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Contribute to her $1,000 goal by donating through her fundraising page.

Proceeds support research, advocacy, survivor resources, and awareness programs.
Brookwood Community Farm CSA Shares Available

Brookwood Community Farm still offers CSA Shares that include veggies, fruits, eggs, and flowers. Their popular annual plant sale is May 11 and 12.
