Note from Deba

Dear Thacher families,

We recognize the After Care program's importance in planning for the 2021-22 academic year, and we are pleased to reinstate this program beginning in September.

As we continue navigating the uncertainty of what the health protocol requirements will be for schools in September, we find it is necessary to limit the number of students registered for the After Care program. Please note, regular After Care dismissal will be from 4:45 - 5:00 pm. At this time, late care (until 6 pm) is not be offered.

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and will close Wednesday, May 5. We believe this is a temporary moratorium and that we will open After Care to more students in August. Please bear with us. Our first priority is to the health and safety of our students and staff and in following the MA regulations.

Please email Vicky in the Business Office if you are interested in reserving an After Care slot for your child or to be put on a waiting list.

In partnership,

Deba
Thacher Green Committee needs YOU!

The Thacher Montessori School Green Committee is back from a COVID-19 hiatus! This committee consists of a team of staff and parents dedicated to lowering our school’s carbon footprint, reducing our plastic consumption, spreading environmental awareness, and working in the Arielle Da Costa Community Gardens by setting a green example. The committee is looking for parent volunteers. Please contact Deba if you are interested.
Thank You

Thanks to everyone who supported the virtual book fair. All proceeds from the fair directly benefit the Thacher library.
