Washington REALTORS
® makes it easy for you to share with your clients what you can and cannot do as a real estate professional under the governor's "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order.
If you need something to help you and your team comply with the rule, this is it.
If you need something to help you push back against a colleague or client who asks you to do more than you should, this is it.

Updated April 1
Professional photographers and staging professionals were added to the list of essential workers, this week. Still, these, too, have restrictions of what they can and cannot do for you.
How do you keep track of who can do what?
No single document can answer every question when it comes to how you should conduct yourself as a real estate broker in Washington State right now.
Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline attorney Annie Fitzsimmons does a great job in sharing the Frequently Asked Questions she's getting - and her answers to them - in this single document.

Let's All Comply With COVID-19 Guidelines
|
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives both personally and professionally.
The National Association of REALTORS® has provided many great resources to support REALTORS® in their businesses.
One area with the potential for confusion is understanding how the layers of regulations and stay-at-home orders intersect - or don't - with NAR's Code of Ethics.
REALTOR® magazine offers some food for ethical thought.

Make your Virtual Meetings more Productive
|
Well-run online meetings can be extremely beneficial.

Remote meetings are inherently different from in-person meetings, and this means they are often poorly run. That's a serious concern even in normal times, but in times like these, it can be disastrous. It's crucial that agents and brokers get meetings right-right away.
Luckily, there are plenty of simple things you can do to make online meetings as impactful as possible.
