Download the event logo, pictured above, online here.
Welcome to the ninth-annual Spokane REALTORS ® Open House Weekend - this weekend - to kick off the spring selling season and energize your client base!
Here's what you need to do to participate this weekend:
Brokers - here's your checklist of what to do to be part of the largest open house event of the year!
First, watch this short (one-minute) personal invitation to participate from 2019 SAR President-elect Tom Clark and SAR Communications Committee Vice-chair Laura Branning:

2019 Open House Weekend
Then, follow this check-list of things-to-do to support your success with your participating open house this weekend!
List your open(s) on the official open house website of the Spokane Association of REALTORS ® - SpokaneOpen.com! This is mandatory - listings must appear on this website to be eligible for the contest. Drive clicks to your listing with a SpokaneOpen.com sign rider (pictured above), available at the SAR Friday, or Host Houses through the weekend.
Download the contest entry form (pictured above) online here - or pick up pre-printed entry forms at the SAR or one of our Host Houses through the weekend. These are two-up on a page, so must be cut in half to create two entry forms from each sheet of paper.
One Grand Prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries.
That person will win a $500 cash card!
The listing agent of the property from which the Grand Prize winner is drawn, will win a $250 cash card!
Five Broker Participation Prizes will be drawn, each for a $50 cash card.
DEADLINE to turn in all of your contest entry forms to the SAR to be eligible for the drawing is noon on Tuesday, April 30th.
All winners will be drawn and announced at the SAR Board of Directors' meeting on May 1st.
Pick up REALTOR ® balloons (pictured above) and sign riders at the SAR until close-of-business Friday (4:30 p.m.), or at any of the Host Houses through the weekend. This is optional.
We'll have two Host Houses, this year, to serve as event entry points for the public and media, as well as supply stations for SAR broker members - stocked with REALTOR ® balloons, pre-printed contest entry forms, and sign riders - remember, the SAR will be closed over the weekend:
875 East Hartson, R.H. Cooke  - listed by broker Lee Ann Simon at 509-413-8946
10017 West Richland, Coldwell Banker Tomlinson - listed by broker Brie Marquez at 509-710-9593
We are delighted to have two sponsors to our Spokane REALTORS ® Open House Weekend event this year:

"Open" is one of the most powerful words I know. The restaurant is open. The street is open. The mind is open.
This weekend, the word "open" describes many houses in the Spokane area that are part of the ninth-annual Spokane REALTORS® Open House Weekend - this weekend!
This is a powerful opportunity for you to consider becoming a new home owner or changing the home you have.
