In the year since COVID-19 infiltrated the world, the real estate industry has proven its resilience against the deepest of disruptions, NAR President Charlie Oppler says.  
 
"Some of us wore hazmat suits, and we didn't even know what a mask was-but we all wore a mask," Oppler recalls in a fireside chat-style video with NAR Chief Storyteller Janelle Brevard, the first in a quarterly "Presidential Update" series.

THIS CLASS REQUIRES A SPEAKER & YOU TO BE ON CAMERA. BE PREPARED!  
 
The Washington State Real Estate Commission and Department of Licensing require the completion of 3 clock hours of prescribed core curriculum.   
The 3 mandatory core clock hours must be included in the 30 clock hours required for active licensees.   
"Current Issues in Washington Residential Real Estate 2020-2021" is the Core Curriculum course required by DOL.  
 
Remember, you must take this class every 2 years for your license renewal. We are now in the 2020-2021 two year cycle.

Spokane County's median home price soared to its highest level in history last month at nearly $342,000, driven by buyer demand that continues to outpace the number of available homes.
 
The county's median closing price in March was $341,750, a 17.9% increase over $289,900 in March 2020, according to data from the Spokane Association of Realtors.
