Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline attorney
Annie Fitzsimmons (pictured above and below) brought two classes to Spokane, this week, as part of the Spokane Association of REALTORS® Education Excellence series and Quarterly Membership meeting.
The morning class was

; the afternoon class was

Those who attended both classes picked up 6.5 clock hours.
The event, at CenterPlace Event Center in Spokane Valley, attracted a crowd of about 200 members.

Five Spokane REALTORS® were named to REALTOR® Emeritus status at the Quarterly Membership Meeting.
These members represent the summit of experience in our industry, have weathered most every market condition one can imagine, and still come out smiling - as the photo proves.

The REALTOR® Emeritus program is a special membership status honoring those REALTORS® who have maintained their membership for 40 years or more.
Emeritus members receive a certificate and pin to show their status, payment of National Association dues is waived for the remainder of their membership, and they are exempt from the Code of Ethics Training requirement.
Our luncheon guest speaker was
Meg Winchester, President & CEO of VisitSpokane, the Spokane Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau (pictured above and below).
Meg shared that the region welcomed 9.44 million visitors last year, who spent $1.3 billion into our local economy, which supported 12,492 jobs.
Spokane tourism created $100.8 million in local tax revenue. From that, local homeowners realized over $1,000 in household tax relief.
