WR Fall Business Conference

September 22-24
- VIRTUAL -

The Washington REALTORS® Executive Committee has decided that our 2021 Fall Business Conference will be held virtually this year.

It had previously been announced that the event would take place in person, in Wenatchee; the room block had already sold out.

New guidance from the governor and concern over increasing cases of COVID-19 cause this decision.

So we persevere.

Registration is open now.

The content will still be strong and valuable for your business.

Think of it as the entire conference coming to you!

A registration link, the full conference schedule, and pages of supporting information are all available on the conference website online here.

Legal Hotline: Form 22AD

NEW!

Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer Annie Fitzsimmons receives this question through the Hotline quite frequently:

"If a buyer is a VA Buyer (which necessarily means that the buyer's purchase and sale agreement includes the amendatory clause provision) and the buyer includes a Form 22AD, which provision controls the other in the event of a dispute?"

Annie answers in this new video - it runs about eight minutes:

Legal Hotline: Form 22AD or Amendatory Clause Provision?

RPR®: Listing Presentations

NEW!

Use of CMAs in listing presentations on the rise

Recent findings by RPR reveal interesting facts for REALTORS® preparing for their next listing presentations.

According to a survey of 800 REALTORS®, the percentage of agents who provide sellers with a CMA increased 8.3% from a similar 2018 survey. Providing sellers with an Estimated Home Value increased nearly 16% in the same period.

Additionally, the percentage of listing presentations resulting in a signed contract increased ten points from 46% to 56%. A good indication that a CMA is the new "price of admission" when it comes to listing presentations.

See the survey results and then run your next CMA using RPR.
