"My center is the heart of every lover.
Every lover with a heart that loves Baba is a center."

Meher Baba
At Meher Center, 1956
Dear Meher Center Family and Friends,

Greetings from spring-kissed Meher Center. As you know, we are getting ready for more and more programs to restart on Center and continue to welcome many new and old guests as overnight and day visitors.

I recently came across this quote by Beloved Baba, whose words comfort His lovers for all time:

"It is natural that at times you feel 100% miserable. Be sure that I know everything. When everything goes wrong, the mind becomes helpless and has to rely on the heart.

"These are the moments when you resign to my will and rely solely on my help. When you leave all to Me, I dare not neglect you, and you get relief from your predicament. I am the Ocean of Love and Compassion."*

We also wanted to to let you know that due to maintenance work, the compound at Baba's House, for the time being, is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.on Sundays only. In the near future, it will open again on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well.

In Baba’s love and service,

Lovers' Offerings
Family Letters #26
Read by Therese Russo
9:02

These are readings of a collection of letters written by Mani, Meher Baba’s sister, to the Western family of Baba lovers between 1956 and 1969.
"To increase our love"
In this humorous and poignant talk, Steve Klein weaves together his poetry with stories told by the Mandali. Baba’s work appears from many different angles, from harsh treatment to boundless compassion, but always with the result of increasing the love of His lovers.

"An entirely different order of devotion"
In April and May of 1969, four months after Meher Baba dropped His physical body, many of His young western lovers arrived in Poona, India to keep their appointment with God. What later came to be called The Last Darshan was arranged by Meher Baba and all attendees were invited by Him. In this masterpiece of a speech to these young lovers, Francis Brabazon talks of the might of our Beloved Baba; our steps toward Him and His steps toward us; and the nourishing of His word and His song in our hearts.
