Every lover with a heart that loves Baba is a center."

Meher Baba
At Meher Center, 1956
Dear Meher Center Family and Friends,

Greetings from Meher Center in Meher Baba’s love. As the days get longer and warmer, the Center continues to open up more and more for His lovers.

As mentioned last week, the Center is now open for evening programs on Friday and Saturday nights. Beginning the week of May 23 (not May 16 as stated in our last newsletter), we will be open for additional weekday evening programs. More information will be available next week.

Also, the Dilruba Reading Room is now back to its regular hours, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. We hope you enjoy the wisdom of a good book in its cozy atmosphere.

If you are local and would like to receive information about weekly programs, click here to sign up. If you are a guest or visitor, this information is available at the Gateway, in each of the communal kitchens, and our our website.

In Baba’s love and service,

"Baba alone was suffering for all of us"
In this poignant talk, Dr. Goher Irani focuses on some of Baba’s physical ailments throughout His life. Dr. Goher lived with Baba and served as His personal physician from 1947 until He dropped the body in 1969. Her experiences, including many instances of being unable to reduce Baba’s pain, made it clear to her that suffering was a necessary part of His Avataric work. Near the end of the talk, Arnavaz Dadachanji speaks to Baba’s emotional suffering.
