"My center is the heart of every lover.
Every lover with a heart that loves Baba is a center."

Meher Baba
At Meher Center, 1956
Dear Meher Center Family and Friends,

Greetings from Meher Spiritual Center. It’s all hands on deck, as we are madly preparing for the annual Youth Sahavas event. In some significant ways, the Center gets turned inside out and then put back together again when the last sahavasee returns home after nearly a week of activity at Baba’s home.

We are expecting over 120 staff and participants who will fill the air with the energy and excitement that young people seem to possess in abundance.  The Youth Sahavas is a time when each of them can focus on their inner life in ways that are meaningful to them. For all of us who feel so blessed to be part of the Sahavas, this is a joyous time to be together in His name.

In Baba’s love and service,

Lovers' Offerings
Family Letters #30
Read by Larry Nessly
12:39

These are readings of a collection of letters written by Mani, Meher Baba’s sister, to the Western family of Baba lovers between 1956 and 1969.
“So much was conveyed by His silence, His very presence”
This is the second of the series of talks that Bill LePage gave during the summer of 2015. It is a friendly and informal chat in the Original Kitchen surrounded by Baba’s lovers on a stormy day. Bill starts out talking about the importance of bowing down to Baba’s chair or bed not out of habit or ritual, but because He is still there. He goes on to share numerous stories about Baba’s Mandali and their extraordinary and hard-won devotion to Him.

"We can't escape His sight"
In part two of this talk, Aloba recounts his reunion with Baba. After he left Baba's school, Aloba went to Bombay where he studied in a Persian school from 1928 to 1934. After that, while in business, Aloba secretly longed for Baba until he decided to look for Him again. Eventually, he found Baba in Nasik. Here, he describes Baba's grandest birthday celebration, talks about His orders, dreaming of Him and how Baba worked on Aloba's relationship with money.
