"My center is the heart of every lover.
Every lover with a heart that loves Baba is a center."

Meher Baba
At Meher Center, 1956
Dear Meher Center Family and Friends,

Loving greetings from Meher Center. I recently came across this passage that feels particularly significant during these tumultuous times. It was given in a letter sent to one of Baba's lovers in the West, in 1936:

The inner voice is the surest means of communication and never fails to reach me. But the response, whether prompt or slow, depends on the sweet will of the Master, and should never give any grounds for disappointment to a soul if its voice is not promptly responded to. In that silence too there is a meaning and reason, as the Master alone knows. He sees far, far ahead and works not for immediately satisfying results, but for the ultimate aim and good of the dear one who has come to him seeking aid and guidance.

You may therefore explain and convey to all the dear ones about whom you have written in your several letters to me, in these few words that:

Baba knows all and listens to the voice of each loving heart that seeks his aid and guidance and conveys his loving help to each in his own way looking always to the ultimate good. None should worry, for Baba is always with you.*

In Baba’s love and service,

These are readings of a collection of letters written by Mani, Meher Baba’s sister, to the Western family of Baba lovers between 1956 and 1969.
"Baba's miracles were there"
G.T. Naidu found out about Meher Baba when a co-worker asked Naidu to do research on Him. As a scientist, Naidu explains that it would have been difficult to come to Baba any other way than intellectually. Over time, however, Baba showed Himself to Naidu and his family in many other personal and miraculous ways, even during their hardest moments.

"My one obedience
brought my whole family to Baba"
Freiny Dadachanji recounts instances of obeying Baba, sometimes even against her own will. These acts of obedience pleased Baba but changed the course of Freiny's life. Baba did not allow Freiny to go visit her family in Karachi, which caused a lot of contention with her family. But Baba had a different plan: He brought Freiny's family to Him instead.
