Picture Day
Social distancing must be observed and parents must wait outside while the pictures are being taken. Please arrive on your designated picture day and time. Please see below.

Group 1 Picture Day was today, Monday, September 28th.
Group 2 Picture Day is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29th.

If your youngest child is in grades TK-3, arrive between 8-10:30 am.
If your youngest child is in grades 4-8, arrive between 11-1 pm.

New Schedules
Our updated daily schedules begin next Monday, October 5th.

The new schedules can be found on both Google Classroom and the Portal.
Student Tutoring
Some of our all-star 8th grade students have created a Tutoring Team for our TK-6 grade students!

PTO
Flu Shot Clinic
PTO is teaming with Huntington Hospital to host a free community flu shot clinic (ages 9+) in Holy Angel Hall. Save the Date of Tuesday, October 6th, 9:00am- 11:00am.

Pumpkin Patch
Mark your calendars for Friday, October, 23 , 10:00 am -4:00 pm. when we will have our Pumpkin Patch and Halloween costume celebration.  

A sign-up genius for times for your children to wear their costumes and come to the Pumpkin Patch is linked below. Credit card payment only. Masks and social distancing required. 

Pumpkins will be available for purchase and we’ll have a few other fun Halloween things. More information to follow but mark your calendar and wait to buy your pumpkins!


Pumpkin Patch Sponsorship

After-School Activities
Drama Club
Drama Club begins next week!

7th and 8th Grade
Drama Club is starting up again for 7th and 8th grades with a virtual production of Now. Here. This. (Flexible Version). Rehearsals will be online Mondays from 5-6 and Wednesdays from 4-5:30. To participate, please have your parents email Ms. Natalie at [email protected] by Friday, October 2nd.

5th and 6th Grade
If you'd like to join Drama Club this year we are having a special showcase for just 5th and 6th-grade students. We will meet weekly online where you will learn theater skills and work on individual and group pieces to present at our showcase. Rehearsals will be Mondays from 3:30-4:45 pm. If you would like to participate please have your parents email Ms. Natalie at [email protected] by Friday, October 2nd.
Golf Squad
Golf Squad Fall at St Philip the Apostle will be hosted at Altadena Golf Course and is for both new and continuing students and provides weekly opportunities for your child to learn the technical swing mechanics (i.e. putting, chipping, full swing, etc.) as well as the social skills required to enjoy golf, the clubs, and golf course (i.e. vocabulary, etiquette, rules, history, etc.) all under the instruction of an LPGA or PGA Professional.

Golf is a very challenging and fun sport that can lead to college scholarships. So start early and start now...boys and girls! Even if your child already plays, it is great to enjoy weekly, convenient lessons from the pro.
