CHILDREN & YOUTH CLASSES
Each Sunday @10:30-Godly Play, ages 4-7; Jr. Youth, ages 8-13; Youth, ages 14-18.
Godly Play and Junior Youth
are places for our youngest members to engage with the Gospel in a way that speaks to them.
In Godly Play, Storytellers use small figures and props to help children imagine themselves in the Bible Stories and learn how God relates to them.
In Junior Youth,
we use the stories as a starting point, and discuss how they apply to our lives today. Both classes also include art and music to respond to God's Word.
We are in need of Doorkeepers for the Godly Play class - spending time once or twice a month helping the younger kids stay engaged during the story and art time.
We would also welcome anyone who is interested in learning to tell the stories to either age group- please contact
enschwede@gmail.com
.

Threshold Choir
Rehearsals at All Saints
"Kindness made audible. Singing gently at the thresholds of life in over 200 communities around the world." (
www.thresholdchoir.org
).
Singing with a group is good for your health and spirit. Serving others through the beauty of music and presence to ease their suffering is a priceless gift. Salt Lake Valley Threshold Choir is a volunteer group who rehearses weekly with the intention to sing at the bedside of the sick and dying. Your commitment to rehearsals (3-4/month), becoming a member of Threshold Choir International, the ability to blend your voice with others, carry a tune, and hold your part is all that is necessary.
No audition required. Typically, we sing simple songs in 3 part harmony in Soprano, Alto and Tenor ranges, a capella. Music is provided.
All are welcome. Rehearsals 3:30 to 5:00 pm Fridays at All Saints
.
For more information, contact Heidi Jaeger, 435-659-5624.
