"NISC is moving to a new time entry web-based platform. It is very user-friendly and I believe you will find it easier to use while providing all the information you may want to see on yourself. The video below will give you a brief overview of the platform. Please remember we only use 1-hour increments on vacation and sick leave.

After watching the video you access it through iVUE.

If you are already logged into iVUE you need to login to the Cloud, if you have not done this before: You will click the link icon in the upper right corner of your iVUE screen. Then select Cloud Portal, this will open a web-based page requiring your iVUE login. Once open, under Quick Access on the right side of the screen, under Applications select iVUE Connect: Financials with one click. It will open to your home screen. If you are a supervisor, you will have a supervisor tab with a list of your employees. The employee tab will show all of your personal data. Feel free to look around and get familiar with the screens. To enter time, which is what I would like each of you to do and not go back to ESS, select Time Entry. It will always pull up the current week." - Linda

"A Feeder Map was added to Appsuite Compass last week and it is turned on by default. Please “Reset Company Data” when you get a chance, and then you will need to go to Compass, click on the circled i in the top right corner of the screen, tap on “TOC”, and uncheck “REC Feeder Map”.

We will do some training in the future on how to use the Feeder Map, but feel free to play around with it in the meantime. You will want to turn off all the other maps (“Outage Layer”, “GS38020” and “Trucks”) before you use it. It can be used to display isolated feeders, such as ONLY Lindsay South or ONLY Naples East." - Eric
