Date changes for the PSAT & All-School Mass Day

On October 7, 2026 the PSAT will be given to all 9th-11th grade students. The SAT will be offered to Seniors who want to take it one more time. We moved the test date up one week so that scores will be back in time for early action submission. Seniors, please use this LINK to register and pay for the October 7th SAT at Aquinas. The cost is $60. Register by Saturday, August 29th. Parent/Teacher conferences will be that afternoon. More details to follow.

October 14th was originally a half day, but now it is a full day of school and we will have an All School Mass at 9:40 in the morning.

Join Mass Choir!

If you want to sing and praise the Lord with people who love music, join Mass Choir! It’s a fun way to give the Lord what is due to him - “he who sings prays twice.” Singers and musicians are welcome. Click HERE to fill out the Chorus Interest Form.

Need help brainstorming, organizing, or writing an essay for one of your classes or for a personal pursuit (scholarship/ program applications, personal interest, etc.)? Dr. Mirshak provides one-on-one writing help in her room every day during 5th period, second lunch, and sixth period (12:18pm to 1:09pm). You may sign up for a Writing Lab time slot at the link below. Drop ins are welcome on Wednesdays and on days when no one else has reserved a time slot.

Butterfly Release and Class Competition

As part of our Childhood Cancer Awareness initiative, Aquinas will host the AlexStrong Butterfly Release on September 16th following the All-School Mass. Click this LINK to purchase a butterfly!

We are also having a Class Competition at Aquinas. Every PURCHASE supports the AlexStrong Foundation in continuing its mission to support families affected by childhood cancer. Check out the Labor Day Weekend Sale of $5 off each shirt and sweatshirt purchase. The Seniors currently lead with $290, followed closely by the Freshmen with $279, Juniors with $250, and Sophomores with $153.

ATC T-Shirts for Sale

To purchase your 2026 Aquinas Tailgating Coalition (ATC) t-shirt, click HERE. The cost is $30, and the proceeds benefit the ATC, which provides an enthusiastic student section at all of our home games. Orders received by Friday, September 4th will be fulfilled before the home game on Friday, September 18th.

Apparo Academy Youth Ambassador Board

Ambassador Board applications are open to high school freshmen through juniors who demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a commitment to community service. The Apparo Academy Youth Ambassador Board is a leadership and service opportunity for high school students who have a passion for serving others and want to make a meaningful impact in their local community. Ambassador Board members will learn about non-profit leadership, philanthropy, advocacy, and the unique mission of Apparo Academy while supporting children with special needs and their families.
