Effective immediatei: Governor Wolf has signed HB327, the To-Go Cocktails bill, which allows businesses holding Restaurant and Hotel Licenses to sell mixed spirits drinks for off-premise consumption. The CDC has released these guidelines for how to reopen different types of activities, including bars and restaurants. The 60-page PDF is available for download from the CDC website here .

2 State Bills that Could Affect Your Business

Outdoor Dining: If Passed, HB 2506 would permit outdoor dining during the yellow phase.
Dine-In Service: If passed,  HB 2513 would permit 50 percent indoor capacity in the “yellow” phase. 

Both bills were amended to include brewpubs, breweries, wineries, and distilleries in the definition to ensure they also can operate under the bills' guidelines. 

The House passed both the following bills on Tuesday, and now they move to the Senate for consideration.
