Dear Oak Ridge Church Family,
I hope and pray that you are doing well in this season of Lent. We continue to read our Bibles and spend time in prayer during our 40 days of Prayer.
There are folks that feel like their family life is exactly what they long for, others feel lonely or disconnected. Today, let’s pray for folks that feel this struggle. Read – 2 Corinthians 4:17, Psalm 17:15, Colossians 3:1-4, & Isaiah 58:11.
Last Sunday, we held up a mirror to our hearts of stone. This Sunday, we will talk about Peter the Rock – Matthew 16:13-20.
May we continue to keep our eyes on Jesus as we add a stone at the foot of the cross each Sunday during Lent. I wonder what will happen to those stones on Easter.
