  • 25-0354: Community Planning and Development will present on its 2025 Workplan. 


  • 25-0355: Community Planning and Development will present an update on Participatory Budgeting. 

 


City Council Meeting — 3:30 p.m. with a recess between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the General Public Comment Session. The meeting continues with unfinished business and public hearings at 5:30 p.m.

Land Use, Transportation, and Infrastructure Committee — 1:30 p.m.

  • 25-0327: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will present a contract with HNTB CORPORATION for $15,000,000.00 and for 3 years to provide On-Call Professional Services to support the administration and implementation of the Sidewalk Program, citywide. 


  • 25-0335: Community Planning and Development will present an Official Map Amendment to change the zoning of the properties located at 4634 & 4638 North York Street from E-TU-B to U-RH-2.5 in Council District 9.

  • 25-0256: Denver International Airport will present a contract with Peak Consulting Group, LLC for $15,000,000.00 and five years to perform National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and design services of Peña Boulevard between I-70 and E-470. 


  • 25-0356: Denver International Airport will provide a briefing on asset management. 


  • 25-0357: The Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency will present an update on Waste No More.
