City Council Meeting — 3:30 p.m. with a recess between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the General Public Comment Session. The meeting continues with unfinished business and public hearings at 5:30 p.m.

• 26-0391: A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 3232 Larimer Street in Five Points. 

• 26-0476: A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 4458 North Pearl Street in Globeville, 5275 North Franklin Street in Globeville, and 4621 North Telluride Street in Green Valley Ranch.

• 26-0431: A bill for an ordinance authorizing a moratorium on data centers.

• 26-0687: Council members Sawyer and Parady will present a proposed amendment to the city charter regarding the Auditor’s Office enforcement powers. This item will have 15 minutes of public input. Find out how to participate in public input sessions in committees.

• 26-0654: Community Planning and Development will present a map amendment to rezone properties located at Loretto Heights, 3001 South Federal Blvd + 3058 S May Stanton Way Approx in the Harvey Park South Neighborhood, in Council District 2, from PUD-G 24 and PUD-G 25 to PUD-G 41 and PUD-G 42. 

• 26-0686: The Clerk and Recorder’s Office and Council members Torres, Gonzales-Gutierrez, and Lewis will present an amendment to Chapter 2, Article XIII of the Denver Revised Municipal Code concerning the regulation of lobbyists.

• 26-0689: Denver Human Services will present its 2026 workplan. 

• 26-0690: Briefing on collaboration between the Office of Social Equity and Innovation and the Office of Children’s Affairs.  

Transportation and Infrastructure Commitee— EARLY START at 1:00 p.m.

• 26-0685: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will present the agency’s 2026 work plan. 

• 26-0598: Denver International Airport will present a contract with ACTS Airport Services Inc. for $79,553,656.26 and for three years plus two one year extensions for providing security guard services for security curbside and public spaces supporting security operations.
