We will host a nine-hour training course webinar on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you are a District or Council Volunteer who chairs a program, activity, or training that requires camping overnight this training is geared specifically for you. Click here to register!

“Be the Change” Event for the Inaugural Class of Female Eagle Scouts
We are inviting everyone to join us for a celebration of service, leadership, and the groundbreaking accomplishments of the first female Eagle Scouts during the upcoming “Be the Change” event. Pack 128 in Palos Verdes kept their tradition of participating in the Community's Parade of Lights even though the parade had to be re-imagined as a drive-by event due to COVID. What a great way to combine the Spirit of Scouting with the holiday spirit!

Counselor Training Program
Our Council is proud to have the Counselor Training Program at both Camp Big Horn at Circle X Ranch, and Camp Cherry Valley. This program is designed to give Scouts ages 14 and 15 the opportunity to learn what it takes to be a camp staff member, and learn valuable leadership, teaching, and counseling skills along the way. 
In Memory of Long-time Scouter Marie Whiter
Marie was very active, along with her husband Bob, in the old Hollywood-Wilshire District and then in the North Star District. She was a lifelong Los Angelenos having been born in Queen of Angels Hospital across the freeway from the Cushman Watt Scout Service Center.

San Gabriel Valley Scout Shop Closed Until Spring 2021
This is a reminder that the Pasadena Scout Shop on Sierra Madre has been closed. A new Scout shop will open in the spring of 2021. More details on where will be announced shortly. Administrative services have been consolidated at the Cushman Watt Scout Center located at 2333 Scout Way, Los Angeles, CA 90026. 
Until the new San Gabriel Valley Scout Shop opens, the following locations are ready to serve Scouting members:
