Kol Shalom Movie Night
Kol Shalom Movie Night will be presenting the 2003 G-rated, 90-minute movie Full Court Miracle by Zoom (link to be provided later) on the 7th night of Hannukah, Saturday, December 4 at 6:30 PM.

A Yeshiva basketball team, the Philadelphia Hebrew Academy Lions, is struggling to win any games. A group of 14-year-old players from the Lions search for a coach to help them out of their slump. By coincidence, they come across a college basketball star, Lamont, who was destined to join the Philadelphia 76ers until he was sidelined with a knee injury. Lamont agrees to coach the Lions and lead them to victory in the upcoming Liberty Basketball Tournament being held during Hannukah--- and as part of his strategy, he invokes the heroic example of the Maccabees. Both the players and their new coach are beset by what seem to be insurmountable obstacles along the way to the big game.

This is a perfect movie for intergenerational sharing. For maximum enjoyment, we recommend that viewers have their menorah and a basketball nearby or in hand. Inspired by a true story.
