Services
Candle lighting time for Friday, March 20 is 7:01 PM.

We will live-stream Shabbat morning services for the next two weeks at 9:30 AM on Zoom. Once everything is set up, we will send the congregation a Zoom link. All you will need to do is click on the link on Shabbat morning.

Our Monday night minyan will resume on March 23 at 7 PM. Click here for the Zoom link.

Changes to B'nai Mitzvah Schedule:
  • The B'nai Mitzvah of Rebecca Copley and Gabrielle King have been postponed; dates to be determined
  • The Bar Mitzvah of Ben Cukor has been rescheduled to May 9, 2020

Classes
Adult Education classes will resume next week on Zoom.

Talmud Study will take place on Monday, March 23 , at 10:30 AM.

Torah and Tabloids will be held on Thursday, March 26, at 9:30 AM.

Tree of Life Preschool
The Preschool wishes everyone good health and many doses of laughter topped with giggles. As stressful as these times are, just reach out for funny kid videos! Our Facebook page is posting some great educational resources and fun stuff. Shalom and Sunshine to everyone!

We plan to resume our Hebrew School online by April. As changes to our calendar unfold, we will update you and post them on the synagogue website. Pleae take care and keep in touch. We wish you all good health and hope that everyone comes through this relatively unscathed.

Women's League
Passover Wine Available for Purchase

Our annual Pre-Passover Wine Tasting has been cancelled, however, you still have an opportunity to purchase kosher for Passover wine through Women’s League of Kol Shalom.

Please return your completed order form, along with a check payable to Womens’ League of Kol Shalom, to Congregation Kol Shalom by mail (see mailing address below) by March 30. You also have the option of e-mailing your order form to the synagogue office, [email protected] , and sending your check by mail.  
 
Please do not bring your order form to the office since our building is closed to the public until further notice.
 
Once your order has arrived, you will receive a call to pick up your wine at Liquor Mart & Deli, located at 100 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD.
 
Due to the health crisis, the availability of your selected wines cannot be guaranteed .

Miscellaneous
If you have an item you would like to include in the Weekly Shofar, please compose and e-mail your submission to the synagogue office (see e-mail address below) no later than the preceding Tuesday. Any items received after this time will be held for the following week's announcements.
