Should you need to visit the synagogue building, please be mindful of our neighbors who live at the bottom of Hidden Meadow Lane. It can be quite difficult and dangerous for those driving up the hill to stop for vehicles turning left into our parking lot. Before entering the Kol Shalom parking lot, please slow down, stop, and make sure the road past our synagogue is clear of oncoming traffic.

Movie Night at Kol Shalom
Kol Shalom Movie Night continues (via Zoom) with The Frisco Kid on July 22 at 7 PM. In 1850, a new synagogue in San Francisco requests that a yeshiva in Poland send them a Rabbi and a Torah. So starts an adventure for newly ordained Rabbi Avram Belinski (Gene Wilder) as he relies on his old world orthodox Jewish ethics and values to deal with all the strange people, places, and challenges on a 5,800 mile journey to his new world destination. While on his perilous journey, Rabbi Belinski meets and teams up with Tommy Lillard (Harrison Ford) who is a bank robber with a heart.

The Frisco Kid is a PG-rated (some language and violence), 119 minute, western comedy drama that was released in 1979. This is the only movie where Gene Wilder (post- Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, The Producers) teams up with Harrison Ford (post- First Star Wars, American Graffiti).
