Recipe:

• 1 oz Crown Royal Salted Caramel
• 1 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz ginger ale
• Garnish: apple slices

Preparation:

1. Combine whiskey and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well-chilled, about fifteen seconds.
3. Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
4. Top with ginger ale and garnish with apple slices.

Recipe:

• 2 oz whiskey substitute
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 4-5 fresh mint leaves
• 3-4 blackberries or raspberries
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• Garnish: mint sprig, berries, lemon wedge

Preparation:

1. Muddle mint leaves and berries in a shaker. Press the mint leaves, don't shred them.
2. Add whiskey substitute, simple syrup, and lemon juice, then fill with ice.
3. Shake until well-chilled, about ten seconds.
4. Strain into glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with mint sprig, berries, and lemon wedge.
