Recipe:

• 1 1/2 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
• 4 1/2 fl oz Coca-Cola
• Garnish: lemon slice wheel

Preparation:

1. Pour ingredients into a chilled Collins glass.
2. Fill glass with ice.
3. Garnish with a lemon slice wheel.

Bourbon Lemon Sour

Recipe:

• 3 oz The Spirit of Bourbon
• 3/4 oz maple lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup or honey
• Optional: 1 egg white
• Garnish: lemon twist and cherry

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well until chilled and lightly foamy.
3. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass or strain up into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
