Recipe:

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• Tonic water, to top
• Garnish: lime wheel

Preparation:

1. Add gin and elderflower liqueur to a glass with ice.
2. Top with tonic water and gently stir to combine.
3. Garnish with lime wedge.

NA Rum Old Fashioned

Recipe:

• 2 oz Ritual spiced rum
• 1/2 oz demerara gum syrup
• 1 barspoon NA amaro
• Garnish: orange peel

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled, about 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
