Recipe:

• 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 mint sprig
• 4 oz prosecco
• 1 oz soda water
• Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel

Preparation:

1. Add elderflower liqueur and mint sprig to glass, gently muddle. Press the leaves, don't rip.
2. Add ice, prosecco, and soda water and gently stir to mix.
3. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.

Lavender Spritz

Recipe:

• 1 oz lavender syrup
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz club soda
• Garnish: lemon wheel

Preparation:
