Thank you to our incredible Kitchen Cleaning Crew for their time and hard work restoring our church kitchen—it looks amazing!

From 45 Christians and Grip Groups to Monday Moms and Women’s Retreat participants. In addition, Micah 6 was able to distribute 100 Easter Baskets this past weekend thanks to our Hands on Mission—your generosity made a lasting impact.

Versiti Blood Center of Michigan supplies over 75% of the blood products used across Southeast Michigan, yet less than 15% is collected within those same communities. As our local blood provider, maintaining a stable and consistent inventory—typically a 3- to 5-day supply—is critical to meeting ongoing needs. Did you know that every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood or platelets?

You can help by donating blood on Monday, May 12, from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The blood drive will be held in Fellowship Hall. Appointments are preferred.

April Showers Bring… Dignity & Well-Being!

This April, we are joining Noah at Central in their first ever April Showers Campaign—a month-long effort to collect fresh t-shirts, socks, and underwear for their mobile shower program.

For our neighbors experiencing homelessness, a hot shower and a change of clothes aren’t just about hygiene—they’re about restoring dignity, confidence, and hope as they journey toward safety, stability, and housing.

Donation Guidelines:

  • New white, black or gray men’s socks. No women’s socks please. All can wear men’s socks, but not all will fit into women’s socks.
  • Men’s and women’s underwear size M-3XL
  • T-shirts size M-3XL

Gentile reminder to please prioritize quality over quantity. The recipients of these items will need them to be durable.

DROPOFF: Please place the donated items in the bins by the Welcome Desk, or in the CLC through the month of April.
