Versiti Blood Center of Michigan supplies over 75% of the blood products used across Southeast Michigan, yet less than 15% is collected within those same communities. As our local blood provider, maintaining a stable and consistent inventory—typically a 3- to 5-day supply—is critical to meeting ongoing needs. Did you know that every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood or platelets?

You can help by donating blood on Monday, May 12, from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The blood drive will be held in Fellowship Hall. Appointments are preferred.
