Traffic Calming Updates: The Village of Pinecrest has requested to review our Interlocal Agreement with Miami-Dade County and they are also looking into implementing some of the traffic calming initiatives that we have executed throughout our Village. We are always willing to help our neighboring cities!
Roadway Resurfacing Project: The Village's Public Services Department began resurfacing and asphalting of some Village roadways on Monday, May 8. Work is currently taking place in the area of SW 92 Avenue and SW 156 Street through SW 90 Avenue. Click

FDOT Project: FDOT is scheduled to begin a roadway construction project the week of May 22, 2017 along State Road (SR) 992/SW 152 Street/Coral Reef Drive from SR 821/HEFT/Florida’s Turnpike to SR 5/US 1/South Dixie Highway. Daytime lane closures can be expected from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Entrances to properties will be kept open and detours will be used while the contractor performs work at intersections and side streets.
