PRESCHOOL AFFILIATE UPDATES

April 24 at 11 a.m. Forum on Preschool Affiliate
Please plan on attending this forum to discuss with council and task force members an update on a formal letter of intent signed with a Preschool Affiliate. If you cannot make this forum, please be in touch with Julie Castongia, Pr. Barclay of another member of council.

May 1 at 11 a.m. Special Congregational Meeting

Agenda: Vote on council motion to enter into legal agreement with a preschool affiliate.

Roberta "Robbie" Gerds

Given by God- March 14, 1932
Given to God- April 17, 2022

Robbie was spouse to Don Gerds and mother to Kathy Gerds Wright (Jon) and Eric Gerds (Liz) and grandmother to Mark and Kaitlin Wright.

A memorial service at Trinity is forthcoming and will be scheduled for a time in May.

2022 Trinity Scholarship Application Live!

Application Deadline: May 4, 2022
 
Who is eligible? Any Member of Trinity Lutheran who is a candidate for a degree at an accredited educational institution.

What is the process? Simply fill out the application (link below) and submit it with the short essay response. Applications should be submitted by email with all attachments and sent to the church office by May 4, 2022.
 
What scholarships are available this year?
·     Jaffe Family Scholarship- $1500 (preference given to those studying religion, teaching, health or humanities)
·     Brostrom Scholarship- up to $1500 (preference given to those entering college and those preparing for ministry)
·     Keenagers Scholarship- $500
Saturday Spruce Ups @ Trinity

Join us Saturday mornings as we tidy up our campus!

When: Every Saturday morning, 9:00 - 10:30 am (except for rain).
Where: Meet in the parking lot.
What: Light clean up & maintenance (sweeping, weeding, cutting, pruning, minor gardening & fixes).
Brooms & tools on hand.

Very informal - come when you can; stay as long (or as short) as you like!

Wednesday Night Yoga with Jenni Green


Join our virtual Beginner/Intermediate Hatha Class Wednesdays at 7pm-8pm. Be intentional in linking movement with breath. Find increased flexibility, strengthen the body and the spirit. Learn to control the breath. $7 per class. Classes are open to ages 14 and up. Please contact Jenni for more information.
