Missions Monthly for February
In February, the disciples and congregation of Grace Covenant were involved in all these missions projects. On behalf of the Missions and Outreach committee, thank you for sharing your time, talents, energy, and money to help our community and beyond.

Soup Kitchen, February 8: Team B, "Super Soupers", Captain James Jennings, served 91 meals + seconds.
Cooks: Kim and Beverly Calhoun
Servers: Becky Godby, Spence Hughes, James Jennings, Joyce Jennings, Lee McLaughlin, and Vinny Slizewski.
Team B desert providers: Dotty Shoffner, Desert Coordinator; Spence Hughes, Joyce Jennings, Kristie Tennent, and others.
Communion Food Collection: You gave 256 individual servings of grits/oatmeal, 19 boxes of cold cereal, 12 boxes of mac and cheese, 6 bags of rice, 4 bags of beans, 1 box of oatmeal, 1 box of pancake mix, and 12 miscellaneous items for the Center for Community Services.
Special offerings: You generously contributed $920.00 for the Souper Bowl Offering.
Other M+O Project
GOAL: Seventeen network members attended the GOAL network meeting on February 16 to begin preparation for the Nehemiah Action in April. Members in attendance were David and Susan Brisben, Mike and Gail Broyles, Beverly Calhoun, Linda Cossaboon, Karene Feltner, Roberta Gilles, McCrady Gwinn, Steven and Rebecca Huskey, Tom and Sarah Lasitter, Brian and Stephanie Norton, and Janice Tucker.
We sent $500 to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance to aid in recovery efforts from the California wildfires.
