Devotional Thought by Mr. Roloff - Hebrews 13:8
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”
(Hebrews 13:8)

Bob Dylan sang about how “the times they are a changin” and they truly are. We only need to take a look at our life to see that change is all around us. Things change everyday and every moment of the day. Some changes are exciting and enjoyable while others are troublesome and scary. We often want these changes to slow down and want even a small part of our life to be stable and unchanged. So often we look for that stability in the wrong places: government, friends, family or ourselves only to be disillusioned. We are blessed with one that will not change and will not forget us . That unchanging Rock is our Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus is the same as he was yesterday, he is the same today, and he will be the same for all eternity. He will be our loving Savior who loves us no matter what is changing around us.
