2027 STEWARDSHIP
Last Sunday, we officially kicked off our 2027 stewardship campaign, "Faith Forward". This is a very exciting time for our church. As we look forward to the year of ministry ahead of us, we do so with joy and urgency, just as the early Christians who first received these words felt (1 Peter 4:8-11). The early church was building immense amounts of momentum, and that momentum continues through West U UMC today! In step with this campaign, our current sermon series will focus on the United Methodist vision: to love boldly, serve joyfully, and lead courageously.
Check Your Mailboxes and Inboxes!
Be on the lookout this week for your official stewardship letter arriving through mail and email. Every fall, we create our budget for the following year. Your pledge is vital—allowing us to plan faithfully and budget responsibly for our ministries, programs, and outreach!
All families are invited to complete a pledge card to indicate their anticipated giving for 2027. Pledges are being collected now through November 8, which is our 90th Anniversary Celebration Sunday.

We would love to honor the "saints" in your life as well. If you have a friend or family member who has passed since our last All Saints' Sunday and who you would like us to name and remember during the service, please submit their name by Wednesday, October 28.

Bring your own creative theme, or use one of our prepacked decoration kits—we make it completely turnkey. Can’t make it that evening? You can still be part of the magic by donating candy and event supplies.
