The city’s online permitting portal is available for all building permits and development plan review types. You can also apply for fire sprinkler permits, sign permits, and tree removal permits. Some permits, like tree-removal permits, can only be applied for online. Payments for permits can be made online, too! Property owners and contractors can apply online at home or at the job site without taking time out of their busy day to drive to City Hall.
