Registration is for Peachtree City residents, businesses, and other organizations.
Registration can be done at the Kedron Fieldhouse or online.
Recycle Center Changes
Come June 1st 2021 the recycle center will be for residential use only. There will be no commercial dumping allowed. And the new posted hours are:8:30am - 5:30pm. Please take note of these changes and the recycle center will be under video surveillance at all times.

WHO SHOULD BE NOMINATED?

Nominees should be selected based on their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the Peachtree City Community. Areas of contribution to be considered are social, health, youth welfare, education and business. Types of contributions to be considered are volunteering, generosity, leadership roles and civic pride. No candidates, or entries with political affiliations will be considered.
Grand Marshals should be seen as role models to the community as a whole, not just be popular members of the community. This should be shown in the accomplishments and contributions they have made.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR NOMINEES?

Grand Marshal Nominees need to have their primary residence and/or a business in Peachtree City and should have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments/contributions to the Peachtree City Community. Pairs, pets or groups are allowed as nominees.

WHY IS THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE NOMINEE REQUIRED?

Although everyone loves surprises, this unfortunately cannot be one of those situations. All individuals must be notified of their nomination in advance by the person(s) nominating them and then given the right to deny or accept the nomination.

CAN I NOMINATE A PREVIOUS GRAND MARSHAL AGAIN?

Yes!

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I NOMINATE SOMEONE?

Nominations must be submitted by using the following link, all nominations are due by Friday, May 28th. All nominees will be reviewed by a committee for eligibility, the grand marshal will be selected and notified by Friday, June 4th.

WHAT’S REQUIRED OF THE NOMINEE, IF CHOSEN, OF THE GRAND MARSHAL?

The Grand Marshal will need to be present from 7:30am- Noon on July 3rd 2021 to Marshal the upcoming 4th of July parade and have fun!
