We're having one service at 10:00AM on Sunday, June 1st! Pastor Nathan will be installed during service and afterwards we'll celebrate with Chris Cakes (pancakes and sausage). We want YOU to join our Mega Week team for Eagle Lake Day Camp! This year, we are hosting TWO teams of counselors allowing us to host 200 campers!

We already have a great start on volunteers that are needed. Thank you to those who've already signed up! Here's our current needs:

• 7-8 more host families
• 6 more check in/out volunteers Monday-Friday (serve on the days that work for you)
• 1-2 more volunteers for lunch prep Monday-Friday (serve on the days that work for you)
• One medical volunteer Monday-Friday (no medical background needed, serve on the days that work for you)

Our May Mission Focus is Mission Southside! This organization serves the low-income population in Olathe and Gardner. Approximately 200 families receive food every week from their food pantry!

To assist these families, we're collecting rice (any kind), dried beans (black and pinto) and slide-closing quart-sized storage bags. These items will be assembled at the Cornerstone Social Serve Event (details below!). Grab a missions bag in the lobby and bring the items back by Thursday, May 29th.

Help support one of our mission partners! We'll be assembling the rice and beans for Mission Southside's Food Pantry on Thursday, May 29th at 6:30PM in the Lobby. Please bring a one-cup measuring cup and large mixing bowls (if you're able). This event is for ALL-- family, friends and neighbors. Let us know you're coming using the button below. See you there!

The session has called a congregational meeting to be held this Sunday, May 18th at 10:30AM in the Library to elect Diane Eldridge to the Board of Deacons. Please join us in between services on May 18th!

Let's walk together to support one of our missions partners, Two Lines Pregnancy Clinic, at their annual Walk for Life fundraiser! Get your friends or connect group together on Saturday, May 31st, at 8:30 a.m.

The walk is two miles long and there is no fee to participate; however, you can donate by clicking here. When registering, be sure to choose the "Cornerstone Church" team under "Join or Start a Team". There will also be a sign-up in the lobby. We look forward to walking with you!

Our south entrance drive to/from 135th Street will soon be closing for four months while the intersection at 135th Street & Kenneth Rd is rebuilt. Please use our entrance off 133rd Street during the closure. Thank you!

Just a quick reminder that the Cornerstone parking lot will be used for the PGA golf tournament hosted at Blue Hills Country Club from now through Sunday. The first two rows to the south will be reserved for church use now through tomorrow, and additional rows will be reserved on Sunday morning. Thank you for being flexible with your parking location!
