On September 19, Caryn Sullivan, award-winning columnist for the St. Paul Pioneer Press and author of the award-winning memoir, "Bitter or Better: Grappling with Life on the Op-Ed Page," will present her inspirational talk, "Bitter or Better: Three Steps to Living the Better Choice." In her columns, her memoir, and her talks, Caryn reminds us that we are all students and teachers in life, that we can choose how to respond when life takes us to our knees, and that a life well lived is achieved by living in the moment and preparing for the inevitable.
