Dear Holy Name Families,
Super Bowl spirit is in full swing. In addition to the Patriots casual day, students submitted guesses for the winner and final score in a contest sponsored by Student Council. Some of the first graders also wrote about what they are looking forward to on Sunday. For some, the Super Bowl is all about the pizza and snacks. Others are confidently predicting a Patriots win; one student predicts Drake Maye will have 15 touchdowns - I'll take a fraction of that number. Enjoy the Super Bowl!
We celebrated our Catholic Schools Week Mass this week along with the Feast of St. Blaise. Thank you to our third grade for hosting this Mass and showing their flexibility with the postponement. Following Mass, Monica, from Build the Faith, spoke about her daughter and the mission of the organization. Students will be creating rosaries with Build the Faith after February break.
Thank you for joining us for Parent-Teacher Conferences last evening. As a reminder, Monday is a HNPS spirit day - a reward for reaching 53 Eagles.
Enjoy the weekend. Stay warm. Go Pats!
Best regards,
Mr. Chisholm

Dear Holy Name,
The Holy Name Parish School Book Fair was another exciting event that took place during Catholic Schools Week. Despite the two-day break from school, the book fair proved to be a success with our students and families alike.
We are extremely grateful to all the volunteers who helped set up, organize, and pack up the fair.
To all the Parents, Grandparents, families and friends of HNPS, thank you for coming and encouraging reading amongst our community.
Thank you,
Kavitha

| | Holy Name Happenings - Through the Lens | | Celebrating our Catholic School! We celebrated Catholic Schools Week with a beautiful, heartfelt Mass on Wednesday— a week late due to the winter storm, but well worth the wait. Father Tom officiated, with third grade assisting. In his homily, Father reminded us of Jesus's love for each of us. We close Catholic Schools Week grateful for our faith-filled community. (One final event will be after February break, everyone will be creating rosaries with the Build the Faith organization) | | |
Drake Maye was well represented in sixth grade! We've got Super Bowl fever! Go PATS!
🏈🔥 1-1 did an amazing job on their Patriots "We All We Got. We All We Need" bulletin board!
