As a student of Unity since childhood, Bill Mercer represents the third generation in his family who have been active in the Unity Movement. While a member of Unity of the Oaks in Thousand Oaks, California he regularly served as platform assistant and was also invited to be the featured speaker at Sunday Services on numerous occasions. His professional background as a museum curator and university instructor with a focus on Native American and other Indigenous cultures enables him to provide unique perspectives that are engaging as well as thought-provoking.  

Sunday October 31, 2021 at 11:15am. Get your best chili recipe out and get ready for some fun. The day of the cookoff you bring your chili and we will taste all of them. Then we buy tickets and put your vote for the best in the dish next to the chili. After we have some great food we will celebrate the winners! Email the office or sign up in the back of the sanctuary, so we know who is bringing the chili.
