Dear Sea Kings,
Happy Valentine's Day! See below for details on all things happening at PV High. Remember this upcoming week has an adjusted schedule and Wednesday is a minimum B-day, not an all period day.

Student Spotlight
We had 78 PVHS researchers enter and compete this week at the Virtual Palos Verdes Peninsula Science and Engineering Fair. This year it was especially unique to have students develop their investigative questions, run their experiments, and then prepare for the first-ever virtual fair to present their findings to the scientific community during the pandemic and while doing distance learning. Pretty impressive! Science Research is a Period 7 class where students work independently and outside the school day to further their scientific knowledge in an area of science that they choose. All PVHS researchers are to be commended for their commitment to excellence and resilience.

IMPORTANT YEARBOOK INFORMATION
Dear Sea King Families,
The school year of 2020-21 has proven to be a unique one but a year that will make history and what better way to capture all that you have endured than with the purchase of the Triton Yearbook. Especially for this year like no other, we have extended the $140.00 price of this year's book, but only for a limited time. This year we will need to confirm all yearbook sales by February 20th. After that date, there will be no guarantee of yearbook availability. In this unsure and unusual time, we cannot gamble on sales at the end of the year nor can we rely on sales history. Do not miss this chance to purchase your yearbook.
We would love for you to be the owner of this book at the end of the 2020-21 school year so take action NOW! If you have a yearbook question, please contact Patty Camp by email at camp@pvpusd.net. Please email rather than call the school with any inquiries.
