Monitor media consumption .  Balance media consumption with other activities you enjoy.
Know when to call for help.  If you continue to feel overwhelmed and struggle to get through the day, set up a telehealth appointment with your provider, or call a helpline. 
Make time to focus on what brings you energy and joy. Cook, garden, play games, sing, create, read, write.
