MacHabitat Dinner & Auction!

presented by The Ground, Houla Creek Development and U.S. Bank

MacHabitat's 29th annual night of fine wine, dining and giving will be held on Sunday, November 3rd and is presented by our tremendous partners: Humble Spirit and The Ground, Houla Creek Development, and U.S. Bank. We're beyond excited to welcome you to the gorgeous Stillwater Events venue, with a lush 4-course dinner from Humble Spirit and paired with fine wines from local winemakers. Silent and live auction special prizes and experiences will frame our signature event.

Raise a glass with us to build homes, community and hope!

Join us for a Watercolor Workshop!

Watercolor at the Velvet Monkey

Join us for a fall Watercolor Workshop at the Velvet Monkey Tea Shop! This beginner-friendly class is guided by local watercolor artist and teacher Kerrie Savage. All artist materials are included, as well as Velvet Monkey teas and goodies. Funds will support MacHabitat's Women Build family!

Thank you to George Fox University Students!

On Wednesday, six students and one faculty member from George Fox University spent their afternoon volunteering at the MacHabitat office and ReStore! This hardworking group kept busy, helping repaint our conference room, prepping our Fall Newsletter, and addressing invitations to our MacHabitat Dinner & Auction.

Their volunteer service was part of George Fox's "Serve Day," which organizes students to give their hearts to serve as a means of greater proximity, deeper learning, and mutual encouragement with their neighbors. We are so happy to have the help, as many hands make light work!

September 22 - Watercolor Workshop at the Velvet Monkey Tea Shop! Enjoy treats and paint, guided by local artist and teacher Kerrie Savage. Proceeds support MacHabitat's Women Build. Register here!

September 25 - Booth at the City of McMinnville Employee Health & Wellness Fair / City of Mac Community Center (600 NE Evans) / 10am-1pm

This fair will allow employees to learn more about their benefits and connect with local providers for services, as the City of McMinnville believes it is important to support the health and wellness of their employees.

September 26 - MacHabitat Booth at McMinnville Farmers Market, 11:30-5:30 at First & Cowls.

October 1 - World Habitat Day, 10am-4pm
