Weekly Update - January 5, 2018
Dear Parents,
I hope you had a blessed Christmas and that your New Year is off to a great start!
Catholic Schools Week will be here before we know it. I'd like to share some of the activities so you can plan accordingly. We will have our family picnic on Tues. Jan. 30th at 11:45 on the soccer field, followed by our annual Talent Show. Thurs. Feb. 1st we will pray the rosary after morning announcements and have our Run for the Royals in the afternoon. We have scheduled our Grandparent's/Grandfriend's Day for Fri. Feb. 2nd. This is a change from previous years, so please share this information with any family members that will be attending. Invitations will be sent out today. If your family member doesn't receive an invitation please check in with Mrs. Tawil in the office to make sure we have the correct address on file. We are looking forward to a busy yet enjoyable week!

Yours in Christ,
Mrs. Bogataj

May God make your year a happy one!
Not by shielding you from all sorrows and pain,
But by strengthening you to bear it, as it comes;
Not by making your path easy,
But by making you sturdy to travel any path;
Not by taking hardships from you,
But by taking fear from your heart;
Not by granting you unbroken sunshine,
But by keeping your face bright, even in the shadows;
Not by making your life always pleasant,
But by showing you when people and their causes need you most, and by making you anxious to be there to help.
God’s love, peace, hope and joy to you for the year ahead.
