Saturday, April 18

Our fourth and fifth graders have several exciting upcoming activities they won’t want to miss!

This Saturday, they’ll be serving at our monthly Dinner Church from 5:15–7:30pm. This is a meaningful opportunity for our kids to care for our community as they help serve dinner to others. After serving, they’ll also share in communion, enjoy a meal together, and participate in a short worship service. It’s a hands-on way for kids to live out their faith and experience the joy that comes from serving others. We hope they’ll join us.

Looking ahead, we also have two end-of-year celebrations:

  • May 3: End-of-year party at Main Event (4th & 5th grade)
  • May 17: Beat the Bomb for 5th graders only

For full details and registration links, please see the Children’s Newsletter below.

Sunday, April 26

Smyrna City will officially rename the Concord Linear Park in memory of the late Dr. David Martin. The park runs along Concord Road, just down the road from the church and across the street from the former Tillman House site (now Chastain Animal Hospital). The city will be holding a park naming and dedication service for David on Sunday, April 26th at 12:30pm. We hope everyone can join us for the ceremony and recognize David's many contributions to the city, community and our church.

Friday, May 1

Bingo and Blooms: A Women's Gathering sponsored by Anchored Women's Ministry. May 1, 7-9pm, Fellowship Hall.

Join us for a good old-fashioned bingo night. As we laugh, play, and connect, we’ll also pause to hear how God is moving in the life of one of our own. Come ready to be encouraged, strengthened, and reminded that no matter the season, we are anchored in His hope, His Word, and His unchanging love.

Please let us know you are coming and we will save a bingo card for you! A nursery will be provided with reservations.

Sunday, May 17
