On behalf of the staff here at MSP, we are thankful for the support and dedication
from our parents to ensure the success of our students here at the middle school.
Listed below are the events happening at the Middle School of Piedmont for the week of November 4th through November 8th. It is a great day to be a Wildcat at MSP!
EARLY RELEASE DAY:
Piedmont Public Schools will have an early release day on Friday Nov. 8th.
CAN FOOD DRIVE:
MSP is collecting non-perishable food items through November 14th.
These items will be stored in their 7th hour class, sponsored by FCCLA.
Winter sports have started practice and games will be coming soon.
Monday: Soccer Parent Meeting @ PI 6:00 PM Led by Coach Brucker
Thursday: Middle School Vocal Concert @ PI 6:00 PM
Students are expected to wear their school-issued I.D. at all times.
One free duplicate ID is given to a student if it is lost or misplaced.
Replacement ID's will cost five dollars, after the duplicate has already been given.
Students are welcome to receive extra instruction from their teacher before school
starting at 7:20AM. Students who need to make up a test can do so before school
by scheduling it with their teacher or taking it after school in Academic Enhancement
located in room W4.
We will also offer math tutoring on Wednesday in room 11 located in the East Building from 3:20pm - 3:50pm.
LOST & FOUND ITEMS:
Lost and found items can be located next to the main office.
Anytime items such as lunch boxes, jackets, shoes, shirts, or folders are found
they are brought to the office and stored on a rack in the elective hallway.
Mrs. Attalla would like to announce our 7th & 8th Grade Student of the Week
Award winners; Hudson Priest and Brent West. Congratulations to these
two students for making a difference here at MSP and earning this award.
As we complete week eleven of the school year, please take time to go over and discuss your child's classwork and weekly performance. If you forgot your student username
or password for PowerSchool, please call our office and we will be glad to help you.
