Hope Fieldhouse

Two years ago the dream of Hope Fieldhouse began with the vision of making sure everyone has a place to play.

The fundraising campaign hit its $2 million goal, allowing them to break ground on the 42,000-square-foot athletic facility. The building will include a fitness center with access to a walking track, four hardwood basketball/volleyball courts and locker rooms.

NFL players have shown their support for the $6 million project, including Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins who donated $50,000. Former Viking Tom Compton and Vikings fullback CJ Ham have also donated to Hope Fieldhouse.

The Dakota United Hawks, an adaptive sports organization, will call Hope Fieldhouse their home. Hope Fieldhouse is expected to open in late spring 2020 and will also offer gym memberships which will help support the nonprofit’s mission.
Congratulations to Doug Baker for the well deserved award! Ecolab has been, and is, a great partner of the DCR Chamber.
