Public Affairs Breakfast
We held this month’s Public Affairs Breakfast Friday, March 6, 2020, at Lost Spur Golf and Event Center in Eagan. This month’s topic focused on the pros and cons of recreational marijuana in the state of Minnesota if legalized. Representative Ryan Winkler, District 46A, Nicole A. Truso, partner at Faegre Drinker LLP, and Sheriff Tim Leslie, Dakota County, spoke to our members about the legislative process, workplace policies, and law enforcement practices regarding marijuana. A special thank you to our moderator, Lee Schafer, business columnist with the Star Tribune, for running an informative forum.
