Legislative Wrap-Up
The Chamber held its Legislative Wrap-Up Program on Friday, June 7, 2019. Members of the Dakota County Legislative Delegation included: Senators Jim Carlson, Greg Clausen, and Dan Hall; Representatives Robert Bierman, Laurie Halverson, and Tony Jurgens. Members gave their perspective on what did and what did not pass. Amanda Duerr, Charter Communications and Chair of the DCR Public Affairs Committee, moderated this spirited conversation.

Groundbreaking: 360 Communities Rosemount Resource Center
On June 6, 360 Communities and the City of Rosemount began an expansion project that will transform service delivery at the Rosemount Family Resource Center and Food Shelf. While at the groundbreaking, 360 Communities staff, volunteers, and board members joined with city officials and other community members to celebrate the work done in Rosemount. As a result of this project, the resource center will triple the size.
