Weekly Update
May 16-23
Life doesn't get easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient .
Dear Members,

The amazing work by you, your teams and your clinical colleagues has helped flatten the curve of COVID-19 in many communities. Thanks to these efforts, healthcare organizations are now starting to think about priorities and strategies as they re-open services and transition to recovery mode. We know this has been a tremendously difficult time with challenges still to come, and we want to help you in any way we can.

We have put together a short, anonymous survey to better understand your needs and plans during these extraordinary times. Please take 10-15 minutes to complete it . Your responses will provide a roadmap for digital leaders everywhere and shape the resources we offer, from regional support to global forums. The CHIME community is always there for one another, and this time is no exception.

Thank you for your participation, and for all you do every day to make the world a better place. Remember that CHIME is here for you if you need anything.

Take care and be safe,
Russ Branzell

Please Vote

The Board of Trustees of CHIME has been engaged in virtual meetings to navigate this strange new world and its unforeseen challenges.  In lieu of holding elections this year, we want your approval of action being taken by many other trade and professional associations to extend the terms of all members of the Board of Trustees by a year . Board continuity during this unprecedented time is vital to carrying through on the plans we are putting in place to serve our members and the profession.

The Board has already approved a temporary amendment to the bylaws to permit this action if the requisite vote is obtained from the membership.

Please vote now  to permit us to take this step. Thank you for your participation.
